DESCRIPTION: Originally constructed as a 5-bay garage, circa 1917-1919, this historic granite structure belonged to a larger estate located across the street. It was home to the maid and chauffer who lived in the rear of the building.
The structure contains many unique restored historic features, such as a beautiful arched stonework entry, a palladium window, and numerous other circular rose windows. Another unique feature is the stream, complete with a small waterfall that flows directly under the building, providing soothing sounds throughout.
