DESCRIPTION: This property once housed the Naumkeag Steam Cotton Company, site of the first steam-powered textile mill in the country. Burning down in the Great Salem Fire of 1914, the buildings were rebuilt to what is seen here today. The Park accommodates a variety of uses including office space, research and development, warehouse and storage.
